Located within beautiful Balinese inspired gardens, surrounded by palm trees and the sound of native birds, our wellness sanctuary evokes an immediate sense of tranquility and calm.

Combining all forms of wellness under one roof, our studio and wellness spaces are driven by the love of movement and holistic healing.

By offering a welcoming, friendly and positive atmosphere we wish to foster an empowered, healthy and mindful community where like-minded people can come together.

Our studios

We have two indoor studios; Mandala and Sattva, and an outdoor yoga shala under the palms.

Our Mandala studio is a dedicated space for yoga and wellness, and is also available to hire for retreats and events.

Our Sattva studio is a dedicated Pilates Studio, home to Jessie Love Reformer Pilates.

During the summer months, yoga classes can be enjoyed under the palm trees at our outdoor shala.
